Information for Tourist Visas |  | Certain nationals require a visa to enter the U.S. Others do not. Below is a list of countries that are not required to obtain a visa prior to entering the US as a tourist, but will require a visa their stay is over 90 days:

For those nationals whose country is not found in the above list, they will need to make an appointment at a US Consulate in their home country for an interview. Please contact or visit your nearest consulate.
They will then need to complete a Nonimmigrant Visa Electronic Application, DS-160 at https://ceac.state.gov/genniv/ and make the necessary non-refundable payment.
